What: This product is a group of robots that team up to solve real-world problems.

Why: These robots were build because they are able to solve problems for you and act like your servants in the house.

How: This product communicates with other robots that are above them and tell them where there going and what there doing.

Who: Nithin Mathews, Anders Lyhne Christensen, Rehan O’Grady, and Marco Dorigo created this product.

When: This product came out on May 19, 2009.

Where: These robots were invented at Vilamoura, Portugal.

What are the benefits of using a wiki? 
  • It is better than emailing
  • Wikis can be edited by more than one person at the same time
  • It gives you information on what other people wrote 
How can we create one in this class and utilize it?
  • We can create a wiki by researching the topic given to us and post what we know
  • We can work on the wiki at the same time and delete whatever we think is not important
  • We can also add information we think is necessary

fleksyWhat: This is an app on the Android, Windows Phone, and the Iphone so blind people are able to text and email other people. 
Why: Flesky was created to allow the blind to text on there touch screen smartphone.
How: Flesky allows the blind to type and fixes your mistakes by using the clues you put in your message.
Where: You can get this app on your Android, Windows Phone, and the Iphone. You will find that most people that are blind has this app.
When: This app came out on August 16th, 2012.

Furry Baby-Like Robot Fights Depression in Senior Citizen



What: This Baby-Like Robot helps senior citizens, like your grandma and grandpa, fight against dementia, a type of depression.  this robot is called Babyloid.

Why: This not only helps senior citizens fight against depression, but it makes the nurses that work at nursing homes lives much more easier and less stressful so they are not worrying about their clients.

How:  Babyloid works just like a real baby except it can't show affection to you like a real baby does, but its behavior – crying, smiling, sleeping and making real baby noises – is very similar to that of an actual baby.

Where: You will find the most Babyloids at nursery homes.

When: The Babyloid came out on January 9, 2012
